Mission
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Brand Plan, implementing the short & long term strategy. Assess the impact and adapt accordingly
- Build a strong Brand team relationship to get the best collaboration with cross-functional partners (medical, market access, in-field teams)
- Perform customers market research & analyze trends. Monitoring market trends, including competitor and customer insights analysis (HCPs, care providers, patients). Continuously evaluate relevant market events and identify new opportunities
- Identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon customers needs and attitudes
- Provide tools and materials to sales force. Motivate and support them, getting most relevant feedback from market & answer the most relevant needs
- Create new concepts, actions and innovative ways to communicate with target customers, including setting omnichannel ecosystem to reach our audience. Develop the digital marketing plan. Coordinate promo campaigns, content, digital engagement campaign, email campaigns, website management, etc.
- Develop innovative actions to differentiate in the Psoriasis market responding to target customer needs
- Collaborate with sales and medical to build and maintain a strong Key Opinion Leader network and participate to the key account management planning
- Establish 5-year strategic view regarding brand life cycle according to consumer insights & market needs
- Responsible for brand forecasting and demand planning ensuring full availability of product
- Manage the brand A&P budget & analysis of marketing budget, relevant financials and reporting on product sales
Education
Experience
- Minimum of 3 - 8 years working experience as a Product Manager/Brand Manager within the Pharma Industry. Previous Sales experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in biologic market/immunology – dermato is a plus
- Experience with first and second line marketing.
- Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing a brand strategy as detailed in task & responsibilities
- Experience with budget management.
- Fluent in Dutch-English and French. English both verbal and written communication
