Senior Project Manager

You will join a large -scale enterprise transformation program within a leading financial services environment. The initiative focuses on modernising a legacy on -premise data integration platform and replacing it with a future -proof, scalable solution.

The program spans multiple Agile Release Trains and represents a strategic cornerstone in the organisation’s data -driven roadmap. The role combines senior project management with a strong Epic Owner responsibility in a SAFe (Agile at scale) context.

Requirements

· Manage a portfolio of related projects and value streams

· Define business cases, objectives, milestones, and success criteria

· Lead project teams and coordinate all relevant stakeholders

· Work closely with development teams to size objectives and support prioritisation

· Create and manage project plans, estimates, metrics, and delivery milestones

· Identify risks and define mitigation and contingency plans

· Track progress, manage dependencies, and address delivery slippages

· Ensure required technical environments (hardware & software) are available

· Act as Epic Owner for a large data platform modernisation initiative

· Define and drive the migration vision and roadmap

· Lead vendor selection processes (RFI/RFP) in collaboration with procurement and architects

· Facilitate and align PI Planning across Agile Release Trains

· Ensure compliance with data quality, security, and governance standards

· Support change management and communication across the organisation

Required Skills & Expertise

Must Have:

· 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager

· Proven experience managing complex IT transformation programs

· Strong expertise in SAFe / Agile at scale environments

· Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior levels

· Solid experience in planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery tracking

· Experience with ICT procurement processes (RFI/RFP, vendor selection)

· Clear, structured, and convincing communication skills

· Result -driven mindset with a proactive “make it happen” attitude

Should Have / Nice to Have:

· Experience with data integration or ETL platforms

· Exposure to legacy -to -modern platform migrations

· Experience acting as Epic Owner within SAFe

· Knowledge of modern data platforms or cloud data engineering

· Strong facilitation, coaching, and collaboration skills
