Senior SAP Delivery Lead

The Senior SAP Delivery Lead plays a key role in the growth and operational excellence of the SAP Practice. Working in close partnership with the Practice Lead, this role is responsible for people management, capability development, resource planning, and the successful delivery of strategic SAP engagements.

The role combines leadership, talent development, customer engagement, and business growth responsibilities to strengthen the practice's market position and delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead and manage SAP consultants within the practice.
• Support employee development, coaching, and career progression.
• Define and execute capability development plans aligned with business needs.
• Drive reskilling and upskilling initiatives across the SAP workforce.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention efforts.

Resource Management & Staffing

• Own the staffing process across SAP engagements and opportunities.
• Ensure optimal allocation of resources based on project requirements and consultant skills.
• Anticipate future resource needs in line with the sales pipeline and delivery commitments.
• Monitor utilization and workforce planning to maximize practice efficiency.

SAP Alliance Management

• Act as a primary point of contact with SAP.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SAP stakeholders and partner organizations.
• Identify joint business opportunities and collaboration initiatives.
• Support the practice's visibility and positioning within the SAP ecosystem.

Delivery Leadership

• Lead and oversee the delivery of strategic SAP programs and projects.
• Provide senior advisory services to key customers.
• Ensure high-quality project execution, governance, and customer satisfaction.
• Support complex solution design and transformation initiatives when required.

Business Development Support

• Contribute to the development of strategic accounts and growth opportunities.
• Leverage industry knowledge and previous experience to support client engagements and pursuits.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to position SAP services and capabilities effectively.

• Extensive SAP leadership experience - in SAP delivery, including S/4HANA programs.
• Strong people‑management background - coaching, capability building, and leading consulting teams.
• Proven SAP program delivery skills - managing large, complex SAP projects with strong governance.
• SAP ecosystem & alliance knowledge - experience working with SAP partners and co‑selling motions.
• Business development and client advisory capability - supporting pursuits, shaping solutions, and engaging executives.
