Senior Strategic HR Partner

As a Senior Strategic HR Partner, you will advise senior leadership on workforce strategy, organisational design, talent management and business priorities. You will oversee key HR processes, including leadership recruitment, employee lifecycle management, workforce planning, executive rewards and organisational transformation.

Responsibilities

Advise senior leaders on organisational structure, workforce planning, talent decisions and team effectiveness.

Lead recruitment for leadership and key corporate positions.

Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and the overall employee journey.

Oversee headcount approvals, workforce analysis and budget alignment with Finance.

Coordinate executive bonus, incentive and benefits processes.

Support talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development and internal mobility.

Drive organisational redesign, change management and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, ideally in a corporate or group environment.

Broad HR expertise across leadership recruitment, workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, executive rewards and talent management.

Experience in organisational design, restructuring and change management.

Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills, including workforce data and budget analysis.

Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills, with experience supporting senior leadership.

High level of discretion, integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Proactive, structured and collaborative approach.
