VECTRA International is seeking an experienced evidence-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for
a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role requires a proven track record of placing high-performing people
globally in remote-first organizations, with strong retention across multiple regions within a remote-first
organization with high stakeholder satisfaction
The successful candidate accelerates priority hiring, builds robust talent pipelines, strengthens selection
quality, and ensures each appointment is capable, motivated, aligned, and positioned to succeed.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and role calibration.
• Define role purpose, success outcomes, essential capabilities, compensation, and retention risks to
help hiring managers.
• Source exceptional candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, referrals, networking,
and global job boards.
• Recruit across sales, marketing, consulting and operations roles.
• Maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future critical hiring needs.
• Use structured interviews, scorecards, work samples, references, and role-relevant assessments.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations and challenge weak role design or unsuitable hiring
decisions
• Give candidates a realistic view of VECTRA’s remote, international, fast-moving, commercial
environment.
• Manage offers and ensure a clear onboarding handover covering expectations and identified risks.
• Track quality-of-hire, retention, candidate experience, hiring-manager satisfaction, and efficiency; use
AI responsibly.
Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Recruitment certifications (LinkedIn Recruiter, SHRM, CIPD, AIRS, or equivalent) are advantageous.
• Experience recruiting within consulting, sales, marketing, or professional services is preferred.

• Fill priority vacancies within agreed service levels without compromising quality.
• Deliver high probation success and early retention.
• Achieve strong hiring-manager and quality-of-hire ratings.
• Maintain qualified pipelines for critical functions.
• Meet recruitment compliance, reporting, and improvement standards.
Deliverables During the 3-Month Contract
• Close assigned vacancies using structured, documented selection.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
• Provide weekly recruitment dashboards covering progress, quality, risks, and market insights.
• Deliver a practical recruitment playbook and smooth handover at the end of the contract.
• Implement role-intake, scorecard, feedback, and onboarding-handover tools.
