ARHS Group - part of Accenture - is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst BI for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Banking domain.

Context

The mission involves supporting an extended credits register aligned with AnaCredit and Belgian credit reporting regulations. You will contribute to project enhancements and maintenance, focusing on the business intelligence component and assisting in the platform migration from SAP Business Objects (on-prem) to Databricks (cloud, PySpark).

Role & responsibilities

• Detailed identification, analysis, description, and validation of business and functional needs.
• Formulating solution proposals.
• Working closely with business analysts and developers.
• Defining and describing the test plan and test cases.
• Producing documentation throughout project stages.

Your profile

• Proficient in French or Dutch and basic knowledge of the other.
• Good knowledge of English
• Excellent analysis skills (quality in structure & synthesis)
• Good communication skills (presenting, advising, influencing)
• Proactivity, flexibility, autonomy & excellent workload estimation skills
• Good team player – Coaching, training and Scrum
• Knowledge sharing skills – SharePoint, Wiki & Blogs

Technical skills

• Excellent in requirements gathering (structure & synthetize functional and non-functional needs, analyze current systems and data flows
• Excellent in technical analysis (design to-be systems and data flows, collaborate with developers to define solution)
• Excellent data design skills - conceptual / logical datamodel
• Good knowledge of non-functional requirements (security, performance, query optimization)
• Excellent testing skills (methodology, analysis, reporting)
• Excellent knowledge of SQL & SAP BO
• Good knowledge of Python in data context
• Experience with of any of the following tools would be considered an asset: PowerDesigner, Visio, SQL Developer, JIRA, Confluence, Soap UI, MS Office, Python notebooks
