Senior Test Coordinator

ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for a Senior Test Coordinator for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Banking domain.

Context

As part of the Quality Assurance & Testing group, you will support the business to onboard in Xray (new tool), in their transition towards more structured testing and improve their testing practices.

Role & responsibilities

• Advising business on their testing practice (tooling and processes)
• Updating the test strategy and master plan for feasibility and alignment with actual conditions
• Supporting and coaching business in their Xray usage
• Coordinating business test campaigns and providing guidance
• Identifying opportunities to develop testing activities

Your profile

• Language requirements: Dutch - C1/C2; French - A1/A2; English - A1/A2
• Team player  
• Proven capacity to perform effectively in high-pressure situations  
• Strong organisational skills and able to consistently meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to convince
• Good Leading/Coaching skills
• Good analytic skills

Technical skills

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience coaching testing teams and coordinating test activities
• At least 5 years’ experience in functional testing and quality assurance testing  
• Experience with UAT and managing business users
• Using Xray in multiple different projects with external integrations
• Good Knowledge of Excel
• Good Knowledge of Jira & Xray; Able to give advice as Xray expert
• Excellent understanding of SDLC and test methodologies
• Passionate about testing and its necessity
• Experience and understanding of test automation
• Knowledge of Regression testing techniques

Certification

• ISTQB/TMAP certified
