Senior Tester

ARHS Group – part of Accenture is looking for a Senior Tester for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Banking domain.

Context

The client’s regulatory reporting application is used to collect prudential and statistical data. This application is set to migrate to the Cloud, and all modules and functionalities will require thorough testing.

Role & responsibilities

• Documenting and executing test cases in Xray
• Assisting the business in the execution of tests
• Working within the business department, collaborating with application stakeholders
• Delivering a comprehensive test plan
• Adapting and documenting test cases in Xray
• Executing tests for all modules and functionalities
• Training stakeholders to perform tests independently

Your profile

• Proficiency in at least one of French, Dutch, or English at an active level is required.
• Native or active proficiency in French or Dutch would be considered an advantage.
• Communication / Team player skills
• Ability to work under pressure; be flexible and deliver on time
• Able to thrive in a hybrid work environment: Homeworking possible for maximum 50% of the time

Technical skills

• At least 3 years’ experience in test analysis
• At least 3 years’ experience with Jira Xray
• Knowledge of test processes and methodology
• Knowledge of Test analysis and test case specification
• Knowledge of Test execution and defect management
• Knowledge of Regression testing techniques
• Experience as a tester for professional applications (eg. administrative and banking applications, stock management, and so forth) would be considered an asset.

Certification

• ISTQB foundation or TMAP NEXT foundation certification
