Senior Workday Consultant

In this role, you’ll be an integral part of delivering innovative Workday solutions, empowering HR departments to become strategic business partners.

Serve as a Trusted Advisor:

• Guide clients in designing and implementing Workday solutions that optimize HR processes, improve efficiency, and add strategic value.
  


• Develop tailored strategies that align with client objectives and enhance the value of their HR technology investments.
  

Collaborate with Clients and Teams:

• Work closely with clients, project teams, and our Workday partners to implement solutions that drive business success.
  


• Lead the redesign of HR processes, configure Workday modules, and integrate the system with existing legacy systems.
  

Lead Project Execution:

• Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, resources, and client relationships effectively.
  


• Drive innovation and support clients with communication strategies to maximize the impact of Workday.
  

Stay Ahead of Trends:

• Continuously deepen your expertise in HR technology and stay up-to-date with the latest Workday advancements and industry best practices.
  


• Provide clients with expert advice, ensuring that they are always positioned to leverage the latest capabilities in Workday.
  

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in consulting roles, with a focus on HR technology and Workday.
  


• Proficiency in one or more Workday modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, etc.), with expertise in multiple HCM modules being a strong plus.
  


• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
  


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
  


• A proactive mindset, adaptability, and the willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  


• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French being a significant advantage.
  


• Workday certification in at least one HCM module; proficiency in multiple HCM modules preferred.
