Your Key Responsibilities are:
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels using internal database tools (e.g., SAGE).
Record all inventory movements, tracking stock, orders, sales, and deliveries to maintain optimal stock levels.
Order inventory from suppliers.
Oversee the storage and organization of inventory across multiple warehouses, ensuring efficient space management.
Analyze historical data to forecast future customer demand and ensure inventory availability.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure the smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain (internally and externally).
Optimize supply chain processes and improve the operational efficiency.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external procurement and industry regulations.
Assist with the preparation of operational reports.
Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations.
You report to the Team Lead Service Management EU West.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring efficient and well-structured work.
Educational background in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
Experience with Salesforce or SAGE is an added value.
Good organizational skills – able to manage diverse tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills – clear, professional, and adaptable to different audiences.
Languages: English and French (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.
