ServiceNow Test Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a ServiceNow Test Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Define test plans and detailed test cases based on both business and technical requirements.
• Design and develop test scenarios and manual test scripts.
• Perform manual testing during functional and integration testing phases.
• Log, report, and follow up on defects and incidents.
• Coordinate testing activities, working closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners.
• Participate in test review meetings and contribute to test progress reporting.
• Provide support during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 7 years of general IT experience (or Master Degree with minimum 3 years of experience).
• Proven hands-on experience in manual testing of ServiceNow applications within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow testing practices, including Test Management and Release cycle processes.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) modules.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, such as black-box, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Experience using test case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow Test Management, Zephyr).
• Proficiency with defect tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Experience preparing test data, ideally using SQL and relational databases.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their influence on testing activities.
• Awareness of test automation strategies (although automation is not required for this role).
• Holding a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (formerly ITBM) certification will be considered an asset.
• Good knowledge of English, corresponding to at least level B2 is required (French will be an advantage).
