ServiceNow Test Automation Specialist

We currently have a vacancy for a ServiceNow Test Automation Specialist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.

Your tasks:

• Design, prepare and monitor ServiceNow automated tests;
• Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate ServiceNow automated testing within the testing process;
• Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the
• DevSecOps approach;
• Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture;
• Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach;
• Create automated test reporting and metrics collection;
• Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs.

Your skills:

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 11 years;
• Proficiency in navigating and configuring the ServiceNow platform;
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD);
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, ServiceNow ATF);
• Understanding of ServiceNows scripting and automation capabilities, including
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies;
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the ServiceNow platform;
• Experience with performance and security testing;
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools and platforms. Knowledge of
• REST and SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integration;
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards to ensure testing accuracy and efficiency;
• Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases;
• Possession of the following certificates will be considered as an asset: ServiceNow
• Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation
• Specialist Human Resources, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD),
• ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board), Certified Selenium
• WebDriver Professional.
• Excellent command of the English language.
