As a Services Development Manager, you will lead a team of service engineers to deliver high-impact projects that support Coreso’s strategic objectives within the Pan-EU domain. You will manage a portfolio of complex, multi-year initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between TSOs, RCCs, and other stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in project execution.

• Define and coordinate a structured, multi-year work plan of strategic projects and activities.

• Oversee project governance, risk management, and quality control, ensuring alignment with Coreso’s best practices.

• Manage resource allocation, optimizing staffing and priorities across multiple initiatives

• Represent Coreso in European working groups and stakeholder meetings, ensuring the company’s interests are well-positioned.

• Foster cross-departmental collaboration with IT, Operations, and external partners to deliver impactful solutions.
