Slipform Machine Operator Belgium

As a Slip form Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and monitoring slip form machines during concrete works such as roads, sidewalks, and other infrastructure projects. You’ll ensure accurate execution of concrete work according to project specifications and technical standards.

Main Tasks

• Operate and technically adjust the slip form machine on various sites.
  
• Monitor machine parameters such as concrete volume, speed, finishing, and surface quality.
  
• Identify and resolve technical issues during operations.
  
• Perform daily maintenance and preventive checks on the slip form machine.
  
• Assist with transport and positioning of the machine and materials on -site.
  
• Carry out physical work when necessary (manual finishing, adjusting, or correcting concrete).
  
• Collaborate with the site supervisor and colleagues to ensure accurate and safe project execution.
  
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  

Profile

• Experience with concrete works and operating slip form machines (preferably in road construction) is an advantage.
  
• Technical insight to perform adjustments and minor maintenance independently.
  
• Willingness to perform physical work alongside machine operation.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
  
• Flexibility regarding working hours and site locations.
  
• Good knowledge of Dutch or English.
  
• Driver’s license B is a plus; CE license for transporting machines/materials is an advantage.
  

• Hourly wage: €20,23 gross.
