Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the brand's objectives and target audience, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all platforms.
  • Manage content distribution on social media platforms, including planning, scheduling, and publishing posts and monitoring and responding to comments and messages.
  • Collaborate with the content production team to create and curate high-quality, on-brand content for social media channels, including written, visual, and multimedia assets.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing regular reports and insights for future strategies and optimisations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices, incorporating them into the social media strategy as needed.
  • Collaborate with the PR and influencer marketing teams to maximise the reach and impact of social media campaigns.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a positive brand image and strong relationships with the audience.
  • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate cross-promotion efforts with other marketing channels, leveraging the strengths of each platform to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Ensure that all social media content adheres to platform guidelines and best practices, as well as the brand's style guide and tone of voice.

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role, with a proven track record of growing and engaging online communities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with experience managing brand accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social, and content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with the online community and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising, including targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in monitoring and reporting on social media performance, and using insights to inform future strategies and optimisations.

Guud Woman was founded by Morgane Leten & Jan Deruyck. We started in the Benelux and are expanding to the rest of EU. We are remote-first and meet the team every 3 months in Paris, Brussels or London.
