As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns (organic and paid) that align with our client’s mission, vision, and objectives. You will manage their social media presence across various platforms, create engaging content, and interact with our audience to build a loyal community.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Social Media Analysis
Monitor and analyse social media metrics and performance.
Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
Collaborate with Strategists and Creatives to refine strategies based on data.
Social Media Paid Campaigns
Develop and implement paid social media strategies to achieve goals.
Set up and manage ad accounts on platforms such as META, X, LinkedIn, Google (YouTube, Search and Display), etc.
Create and launch paid social media campaigns.
Monitor, measure, and analyse campaign performance, identifying trends for optimisation.
Design targeting options and support with creative content to ensure effective ad delivery.
Compiled budget allocations and set up media buying plans with KPIs, benchmarking, and potential results.
Community Management
Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
Facilitate discussions and encourage community participation.
Monitor community sentiment and address any issues or concerns.
Organise and promote online events and activities.
Minimum 2 years of expertise in a related area at the European level or in European institutions and/or in Communication/Marketing.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful social media campaigns.
At least C1-level proficiency in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
Excellent communication and creative skills.
