We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and elevate our online presence.

Key responsibilities as a Social Media Manager at DIGI Belgium

• Manage and oversee the company's social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and others
• Develop, plan, and execute engaging content strategies that align with the company's brand and marketing goals
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages and foster community engagement
• Monitor social media trends, tools, applications and best practices
• Analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite and others to guide strategy adjustments and improve engagement
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency and support various campaigns
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging social media trends
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting
• Prepare and present reports on social media performance and suggest improvements

Must have qualities & talents

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Dutch, English and French is mandatory
• Dynamic communicator: ability to spark and maintain conversations across diverse platforms

• Reputation guardian: monitor brand mentions and protect the company's image
• Growth oriented: drive strategies to both acquire new members and retain current ones
