As the Solution Architect / Presales Lead, you will be the cornerstone of this journey — architecting robust, scalable solutions and leading the charge from opportunity to delivery. Your work will directly impact strategic decision-making, client success, and the evolution of digital ecosystems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing holistic, scalable Dynamics 365 F&O solutions that address complex business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and more


• Defining solution blueprints, including integrations, data migration strategies, security models, and extension approaches


• Ensuring architectural decisions align with Microsoft best practices and client IT strategies


• Evaluating build vs. configure trade-offs and guiding the use of ISV solutions where appropriate


• Maintaining architectural oversight during delivery, resolving design conflicts, and ensuring solution integrity


• Leading RFP/RFI responses, coordinating cross-functional input to create compelling, commercially sound proposals


• Conducting discovery workshops and client demos to understand needs and position Dynamics 365 value propositions


• Creating and presenting solution designs, implementation roadmaps, and ROI analyses for client executives


• Collaborating with sales teams to develop pricing, effort estimates, and engagement models


• Building and maintaining relationships with Microsoft account teams to identify and progress joint opportunities


• Acting as a trusted advisor to CIO/CFO-level stakeholders on ERP strategy and digital transformation


• Facilitating architecture review boards, technology assessments, and solution validation workshops


• Guiding clients on cloud transition, data strategy, and integration of D365 F&O with the broader Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Teams)


• Contributing to the development of solution offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market assets for D365 F&O


• Defining and promoting architectural standards and patterns within the D365 practice


• Mentoring senior consultants and sharing architectural expertise


• Representing our client at Microsoft events, community forums, and client roundtables

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX, with at least 3 years in a solution architect or senior presales role


• Proven ability to architect end-to-end D365 F&O solutions across multiple functional domains


• Strong knowledge of integration patterns (Dataverse, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Data Entities) and data migration approaches


• Track record of winning complex ERP deals through high-quality presales and solution design


• Excellent executive presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences


• Deep understanding of Microsoft licensing models and commercial structures


• Fluent in English and Dutch or French


• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or higher (required)


• Azure or Power Platform certifications are a strong plus

Nice to Have

• Experience in a Microsoft partner environment


• Knowledge of complementary ISV solutions in the D365 ecosystem


• Experience with Microsoft FastTrack for Dynamics 365 programme


• Exposure to industry cloud solutions (e.g., Microsoft Cloud for Manufacturing, Financial Services)


• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of consultants and/or developers

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) / Dynamics AX


• Integration technologies: Dataverse, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Data Entities


• Solution architecture, data migration, security design, and extension frameworks


• Microsoft Azure and Power Platform (desirable)


• ISV solutions within the D365 ecosystem

Language Proficiency

• Fluency in English is required


• Fluency in Dutch or French is required

Other Requirements

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or higher (mandatory)


• Azure or Power Platform certifications (advantageous)


• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
