Job Description - Sourcer/ Recruiter

The Sourcer/ Recruiter will play a key role in identifying and attracting talent for a variety of roles within the organization. The main focus in this role will be searching candidates through different channels & creating a talent pool for future positions.

Source, identify, and engage passive candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates for open positions.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, position specifications, and team dynamics.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and manage ongoing communication with prospects.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Provide a positive, professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing.
Assist in maintaining and updating applicant tracking system (ATS).

Bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience as a sourcer.
Strong proficiency in using various recruiting tools, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
Experienced in using LinkedIn Seat
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and engage with candidates effectively.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related software.
A strong sense of urgency and drive for results.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in Dutch & English. Knowledge of French would be an asset.
