Sr Manager, CI Supply Chain LATAM

The purpose of this position is to significantly improve supply chain performance and profitability globally, guiding a common approach for the identification and execution of supply chain improvement opportunities and elimination of waste — spanning demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, transportation, warehouse operations, and strategic capabilities. This is achieved through the application of Lean/CI concepts and supply chain-specific tools, grounded in people engagement and development at all levels, with the aim of delivering outstanding customer service levels while maximizing working capital efficiency and reducing total supply chain cost.

The Supply Chain OS&CI leads supply chain process improvement in alignment with the P3 Tenneco standard, facilitates SC improvement workshops, is actively involved in developing plant supply chain productivity improvement plans, and is a key contributor to Return on Sales, Divisional Cash Flow, and working capital improvement globally. The SC OS&CI closely collaborates with the plant and regional teams to ensure best-in-class supply chain practices are implemented consistently across similar product lines.
