Sr. Manager / DGM / GM – Electrical Engineering

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Energy team in Gurgaon. In this leadership role, you will drive detail engineering for large power projects, guide a team of talented engineers, and serve as the key contact for electrical design activities across international and domestic projects. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering world-class energy infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Lead all electrical detail engineering activities for large power projects, with a focus on combined cycle power plants (CCPP).
- Serve as the single point of contact for interdisciplinary design coordination and customer interaction.
- Prepare, review, and approve electrical calculations, specifications, layout plans, lighting, and grounding systems.
- Oversee system design, equipment development, and engineering studies from concept through detailed engineering.
- Manage the use of Smart Plant Electrical (SPEL) and CAD/CAE tools within the electrical discipline.
- Review designs, drawings, and supplier data to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.
- Monitor project controls, material quantity estimates, and deliverables within the electrical discipline.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 15+ years of professional experience in power plant detail engineering, FEED, and proposal development.
- Proven expertise in Engineering Consulting or EPC environments for large power projects.
- Strong knowledge of Smart Plant Electrical (SPEL) and engineering CAD/CAE tools.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring a team of electrical engineers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with international stakeholders.
- Self-disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as a team leader or project manager.
