As a Supervisor Invoicing, you are responsible for the daily management and follow-up of three operational teams: Invoicing Officers, Technical Assistants, and Contract Officers. You work autonomously, consulting with your direct manager when necessary. You play a central role in optimizing contract management, invoicing processes, and ensuring financial accuracy within the organization.

Your Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Oversight

   • Manage and guide three operational back-office teams.

   • Ensure efficient collaboration and optimal team performance.

2. Financial KPI Monitoring

   • Analyze and monitor financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs).

   • Report findings to management.

3. Contract Management

   • Verify accurate and complete registration of contracts.

   • Check the validity (e.g., authorizations, mandatory documents) and consistency of contractual data.

   • Collaborate closely with the commercial department.

4. Invoicing Management

   • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in line with contractual agreements.

   • Actively contribute to reducing 'unbilled revenue.'

   • Work collaboratively with both the commercial team and the finance department.

5. Projects & Improvements

   • Initiate and oversee projects related to IT, innovation, and process optimization based on team needs.

   • Collaborate closely with the financial manager.

• Bachelor’s degree (or at least 5 years of relevant work experience).

• Experience in invoicing or a similar field is a plus.

• Affinity for numbers and administrative tasks.

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of information systems (MS Office).

• Multilingual (Dutch/French/English), both spoken and written.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Resilient to stress and able to work within strict deadlines.

• Accurate, punctual, and proactive.

• Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
