Supply Chain Business Analyst

Process Mapping: Document "as-is" workflows in logistics and customer service to identify redundancies or manual friction points. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field. 3-5+ years in Business Analysis, Data Analytics or Supply Chain Management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. System-thinker. Ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders; a "detective" mindset. Advanced in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Proficient in data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau and/or Looker). Experience with database querying or data automation and advanced analytics is desirable and considered a significant advantage. Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle and/or others). Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Proficiency in English, and knowledge of any additional European language is a plus.
