Must have:
Hands-on architectural and/or integration experience with
SAP SuccessFactors (core platform).
Strong knowledge of Phenom.
Experience with TechWolf or similar talent intelligence/data
platforms.
Experience designing end-to-end platform ecosystems and
multi-system integrations.
Strong understanding of APIs, data architecture, integration
architecture and data-flow design.
Experience governing complex HR technology ecosystems.
Ability to define target-state architecture and
transformation roadmaps.
Experience working with Talent Acquisition, Talent
Management, Learning and Employee Experience domains.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical
and architectural solutions.
Experience creating architecture documentation, integration
views and data-flow visualizations.
Excellent command of English.
 
Nice to have:
Knowledge of NeoCase.
Experience with Degreed.
Exposure to Snowflake, Denodo and Power BI environments.
Experience with AI agents, automation and AI-enabled use
cases.
Knowledge of enterprise data lakes and advanced data
foundations.
Experience in GxP-regulated environments.
Knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
Experience supporting vendor evaluations, RFP processes and
testing strategies.
