Tech Finance Project Manager (Remote - Belgium)

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformative digital initiatives at the intersection of finance and technology within a mission-driven organization. As Tech Finance Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing strategic projects such as ERP migration, enhancing digital processes across departments, and bridging technical and financial expertise. You will work with a range of stakeholders—from internal teams to external partners—to ensure timely delivery and optimal system performance. Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with the finance team to document and optimize existing and future processes on IT/digital systems.
• Define project scope, estimate resources, and develop roadmaps for complex Tech/Finance projects (e.g., ERP migration).
• Implement project methodologies, communicate with stakeholders, and coach teams on adoption.
• Work closely with external partners on project implementation and risk mitigation, including ERP configuration.
• Support end-users during testing phases and ensure quality of deliverables from vendors.
• Contribute to digital innovation in financial functions and propose new use cases (e.g., AI chatbots, OCR tools).
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements and foster collaboration across diverse teams.

• 5+ years of experience in leading digital projects within finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems (ERP, CRM, financial tools) and related technical architectures.
• Familiarity with tools like Unit4, Clearwater, iRaiser, OCR solutions is a plus.
• Experience optimizing financial flows (e.g., quote-to-cash) and adapting related IT systems.
• Innovation-driven mindset with the ability to introduce and implement new digital use cases.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured and independent working style.
• Practical experience with platforms like Salesforce, Boomi, Microsoft Azure is an asset.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
