About the Role

We’re seeking a Technical Lead .NET (Freelance) for a 5-month mission with our client in Brussels. This is a pivotal opportunity to drive technical excellence and innovation within a high-impact applications team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.


• Take final technical responsibility for software systems within the application team, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.


• Actively contribute to hands-on development, including coding, feature development, and bug fixes.


• Prepare detailed technical documentation for software releases, infrastructure requests, and production deployments.


• Manage configuration change requests to Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) to maintain system stability and performance.


• Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems in collaboration with the architecture team.


• Work closely with analysts to refine requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.


• Lead code reviews and implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure code quality.


• Continuously optimize software performance and integrate up-to-date security practices.


• Evaluate and integrate new technologies that align with business objectives and enhance system capabilities.


• Lead troubleshooting and provide expert-level support for complex technical issues.


• Ensure compliance with architectural standards while maintaining the flexibility to make complementary design choices.

Language Proficiency

• Fluency in either French or Dutch (CEFR level C2)
