Job Description - Technical Support Manager

As Technical Support Manager, you will provide first line troubleshooting support to operations by addressing and resolving manufacturing issues, while managing, leading and coaching a team of technical specialists.



What can you expect?



  • You will ensure first line support to operations by leading and owning the RRT (rapid respons team) business process

  • You drive robust and consistent resolution and escalation of process issues while ensuring batch quality and adherence to procedures and instructions

  • You will support internal and external regulatory audits, manufacturing investigations and change controls.

  • You provide technical and operational support to tech transfers and process improvements

  • You will lead and/or support continuous improvement initiatives

  • You Build strong working relationships with local and global stakeholders

  • You will lead, manage and coach a team of technical specialists, and actively drive their development and growth.


Who are we looking for?


Education



  • Master degree in a technical discipline is required (Engineering, Science or relatable)


Experience



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within a cGMP environment in the biotech industry

  • Minimum three years of experience as a people manager.


Languages



  • Fluent in English

  • Dutch is a nice to have

  • Ability to take decisive action under time pressure
