Role overview

We are looking for a Technical Team Leader/Scrum Master who will lead the development team, providing technical guidance and oversight, and ensures that the team is working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role collaborates with other teams to resolve technical issues and continuously improve the overall quality of the software.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Managing product backlogs and action items with clarity and prioritization.
• Engaging stakeholders and ensuring alignment across complex IT environments.
• Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborating with other teams to resolve technical issues and raise overall software quality.
• Providing technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to the development team.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• At least 6 years of provable experience leading agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Proven experience engaging stakeholders and aligning them with team objectives.
• Hands-on experience managing product backlogs and action items.
• A track record of ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes in complex IT environments.
• Strong technical depth combined with servant-leadership and coaching skills.
• Stong knowledge in English (at least level B2).
• Candidates must be EU citizens.
