Job Description - Technical Trainer Wielsbeke

We’re seeking a Technical Trainer with a strong engineering mindset and a passion for developing people. In this role, you’ll design and deliver hands -on training for maintenance teams on advanced food packaging and processing machinery — turning technical curiosity into real -world expertise.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging technical and safety training (classroom and on -floor)
Create hybrid learning paths for new and experienced technicians
Collaborate on training materials and pilot installations for practical learning
Track progress and continuously improve training quality
Promote a learning culture across maintenance teams

Profile

5+ years’ technical experience (maintenance or similar)
Strong communicator and motivator
Safety -focused, digitally savvy, and eager to innovate in learning
Fluent in English (Dutch or French a plus)
Flexible for day and 2 -shift systems
