That’s why we’re looking for a Technical Writer who turns complexity into clarity.

You’ll work closely with our developers, product owners, and support team to write and maintain technical documentation that is as smart as our technology. From user manuals to API docs and release notes – if it needs to be explained, you make it accessible and helpful.

Your responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for our software and APIs
• Write clear, user-friendly guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge articles
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to gather accurate input
• Translate technical details into language that works for different audiences
• Keep documentation up-to-date and contribute to knowledge-sharing practices
• Help shape our content standards and structure

You bring

• Experience writing technical documentation (software, IT or similar)
• A structured mindset and strong attention to detail
• The ability to make complex topics understandable
• A proactive, self-driven attitude – you take ownership and get things done
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Swagger, etc. is a plus
• Excellent writing skills in Dutch and English
• French is a bonus – not required, but appreciated
