Technical writer coordinator

As Technical Writer Coordinator, you will be part of the Avionics NPI product development team developing Avionics display products integrated into the cockpit of various types of aircraft and helicopters. Product development documentation is an essential component in the development, acceptance and certifiering of avionics products. you will maintain technical project and product related documentation.

Your responsibilities:

• As Technical Writer Coordinator you bundle all project and product documentation of new products (NPI) together and with input from the development team.

• You ensure that the documentation meets all internal and customer expectations within the set deadline in terms of content and layout.

• Keep product documentation up to date throughout the product life cycle in support of product developments, design changes, obsolescence, etc.

• As the right hand of the project managers, you will jointly determine an efficient and successful documentation strategy of the products and projects.

• You are responsible for the coordination of specification, design and verification documentation and guide and support the development teams in this.

• You support the project manager through trust and qualification of the testing process (product configuration, procedures, reports).

• You obtained a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Fluent communication and reporting skills in English.

• Very good experience with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong affinity for product quality driven by a well-structured and process-driven organization.

• Hands-on mentality in multidisciplinary international engineering and manufacturing organization.

• Want to contribute to the development of high technology life-critical products.
