Job Description:

Als onderdeel van ons Maintenance Team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het programmeren, optimaliseren, onderhouden en repareren van automatiserings- en besturingssystemen in de fabrieken op de aangewezen locaties, in overeenstemming met de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsprocedures van Sibelco, om het operationele proces te optimaliseren en continu te verbeteren.

Jouw impact

Als onderhoudstechnieker elektriciteit zijn je verantwoordelijkheden onder andere, maar niet beperkt tot:

• Je voert preventieve en curatieve acties uit, onderhoudt, repareert en breidt alle installaties uit (zowel laag- als middenspanning) en verbetert de installaties om de productie draaiende te houden en de werking van de installaties te optimaliseren en doet dit zowel op binnen- als op buitenlocaties.

• Je repareert elektrische storingen en lost defecten op, repareert of wijzigt elektrische installaties op basis van de plannen van de elektrische en/of technische tekenaar.

• Je werkt intern nauw samen met de operatoren en hun teamleaders/supervisors en wordt aangestuurd door de supervisor Maintenance.  Daarnaast assisteer je externe elektriciens bij de installatie van nieuwe machines, voert alle aansluitingen uit, stelt de machines af en begeleidt indien nodig externe bedrijven over het bedrijfsterrein.

Jouw profiel

• Uitermate veiligheidsbewust zijn

• Minimum studieniveau A2 Elektrotechniek (enkele jaren ervaring in industriële elektriciteit is een pluspunt)

• Goed vertrouwd met laagspanningsinstallaties

• Een stevige en praktische kennis van meet- en regeltechniek

• Een gezonde interesse voor ICT is een pluspunt

• Communicatief en verantwoordelijk ingesteld zijn

• Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken

• Dagdienst – wachtregeling buiten de normale werkuren
