The Real Estate Management department employs a total of 6 technicians, 6 engineers and 4 administrative staff. They look after around 80 properties owned by the city of Soest and are responsible for the planning, tendering, monitoring and invoicing of construction and refurbishment measures.

Would you like to become part of this team? We are currently looking for a technician (m/f/d) or


Foreman (m/f/d) on a part-time basis. This is a permanent position with a scope of 19

In addition, the position is paid according to EG 9b TVöD VKA. Depending on relevant professional experience
this is €1,738 to €2,445 gross for a part-time position with 19 hours per week. There is also the option to increase the position to up to 27 hours per week on a temporary basis.

Your tasks:

• Together with an experienced engineer, you will form a team and jointly take care of the planning, execution and monitoring of conversion, maintenance and modernization measures.
• You will also be involved in tendering and awarding contracts and take care of the invoicing of construction measures.
• You will also maintain technical data in the specialist program.

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a technician (m/f/d) in the field of construction technology (structural engineering) or further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) in a technical field (structural engineering, electrical engineering, heating plumbing, etc.) or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you are currently in one of the above-mentioned further training courses or have the willingness and requirements to take part in one.
• Relevant professional experience is desirable, but the position is also suitable for career starters. Your personality is characterized by your sense of responsibility, your ability to work in a team and your customer orientation. You are also organized and motivated.
• In addition, you have a class B driving license to be able to reach our properties in the Soest city area and have good knowledge of the relevant Office applications.
