Job Responsibilities:

   • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure, including networks, systems, and equipment.

2. Network Configuration and Optimization:
   

   
   
   
   
   • Configure and optimize telecommunications networks to meet bandwidth and performance requirements.
     
   
   
   • Monitor network traffic and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
     
   
   



3. Voice and Data Services:
   

   
   
   
   
   • Manage voice and data services, including VoIP, PSTN, broadband, and other telecommunications services.
     
   
   
   • Collaborate with internal teams to support the integration of voice and data technologies.
     
   
   



4. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
   

   
   
   
   
   • Diagnose and resolve telecommunications issues promptly, coordinating with technical support teams when necessary.
     
   
   
   • Implement preventive measures to minimize service disruptions.

   • Collaborate with telecommunications vendors to procure services, equipment, and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  


• Proven experience as a Telecommunications Specialist or similar role.
  


• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies, protocols, and standards.
  


• Strong understanding of VoIP, PSTN, broadband, and data services.
  


• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.


• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment and systems.
  


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  


• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
  

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, Innovation, Strategy or other relevant degree.
  

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, telecommunications, or a related industry.
  


• In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications sector, including technology trends and market dynamics.
  


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  


• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  


• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
  


• Fluency in English Dutch and French.
