Temporary Technical admin Support

As a Technical Admin Support Member, you will assist our different departments in their daily operations.

What will be your responsibilities?

Equipment Management:

• Management of inventory
• Shipment of demo units
• Ordering materials for Sales/Tech members

Marketing Support:

• Supporting new product releases
• Shipment of materials for fairs or exhibitions

Administrative Support:

• Supporting with data input
• Other general administrative tasks

Your qualities as a Techical Admin Support employee:

• Flexible to work 100% on site.
• A first experience in an admin or operations role is preferred.
• Good administrative and organization skills .
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize .
• Willing to lift some heavy equipment (15-30kg) from time to time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
• Willing to work for temporary period on a interim basis.
