Test coordinator

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate testing activities across small to medium -sized test teams.
  

• Prepare, maintain, and track test plans, test schedules, and test deliverables.
  

• Ensure testing activities are aligned with project timelines and requirements.
  

• Monitor test execution progress and report test status, risks, and issues.
  

• Support optimization of testing activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  

• Act as a key point of contact between testers, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
  

• Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and best practices.
  

• Coordinate defect management, retesting, and regression testing activities.
  

• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation
  

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Test Coordinator or similar role within a test environment.
  

• Experience coordinating small to medium -sized testing teams.
  

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and life cycles.
  

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple testing activities.
  

• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
