Project/Department Description and responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Test Manager. The Test Manager for our Microsoft Dynamics product will be responsible for leading the testing efforts to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of our Dynamics-based solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to create and execute test strategies, manage test plans, and ensure a high level of product quality. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Dynamics and a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. The consultant will assess the current Testing-approach for one of the major programs at our client, GLOBO. Afterwards the consultant will implement improvements for the GLOBO program and for the department within the continuous improvement program of our client. GLOBO is Microsoft Dynamics Customer engagement project that will help the mutuality’s to have a single view on all the activities a member has with their mutuality. It will also enable the member itself to view the same information as the Mutuality online, and will decrease the number of contact calls. The program is a bases for further automation of the full mutuality’s technology landscape. Primary Tasks and responsibilities Assessment
• Assessment of the end-to-end Testing for the GLOBO-program and within ‘project & program management’ (From Unit testing all the way to UAT, and including performance testing).
Topics that need to be looked at in the assessment
o Is there a Testing Strategy / Methodology
o What tools are used Tools (for scenario, scripts, exp. Results, monitoring, …)
o How do we work with test Data sets
• Execute a check on what is used within other programs & departments of the organization?
• Define short term improvements (low hanging fruit)
• Define long term improvements Implementation
• Implementation of short-term improvements
• Implement best practices from other departments
• Implement testing tools if required
• Coach the projects on test capabilities
• Create & implement a long-term vision and structure
• Create training-programs
• … Technical Profile requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience as Test manager
• Minimum 7 years of experience as test analyst /tester
• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics products
(e.g., Dynamics 365).
• Experience with analysis of testing approach in large environments
• Strong Experience with test management tools & test automations tools
• Knowledge of JIRA & Confluence is a strong plus
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Experience with Agile environments
• Relevant certifications in quality assurance or software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus Non-technical profile Requirements
