As a Young Professional at Sopra Steria, you’re one of us. You learn on the job and feel like a valued fellow professional. You are an integral part of your team, working on client cases, learning with and from internal and external experts, and getting the training you need. Using the Agile way of working, you will help our customers with innovation, challenges and changes. You will contribute to the technical realization of software solutions, for example. What we are mainly about: writing elegant code, applying innovations and creating smart solutions. 

Assignments you fulfill can relate to programming (e.g. .NET, Java), virtual reality, robotics, Data Science, or technical consultancy. You will also follow a comprehensive training program and we will guide and coach you throughout this process. We guide you through the most important certification processes, making your level of knowledge directly tangible for our clients. You will also attend training courses in the area of personal development.
