IT Enterprise Applications Manager

The Job

As the Enterprise Applications Manager at Septentrio, you will play a pivotal role in leading the transformation of business processes by aligning technology with key business strategies. You’ll gain a holistic view of Septentrio’s organization and will be responsible for spearheading the improvement and digitalization of critical business workflows.

In this strategic role, you will be collaborating closely with cross-functional leadership teams to drive impactful solutions.

Your Mission

As the Enterprise Applications Manager, you will lead the effort to translate complex business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical solutions. You will work closely with key stakeholders to define and prioritize initiatives that align with Septentrio’s broader business goals.

You will take ownership of the full lifecycle of solution delivery - from initial scoping and design through implementation, quality assurance and support.

You will be a subject matter expert on key business platforms with hands on assignments in SAP, Power BI, Jira, Salesforce and more. Your role will involve providing strategic direction for tool optimization and proactively identifying opportunities for system enhancements to support long-term business growth.

You will lead the Enterprise Applications Team (3 FTEs) and oversee the execution of tasks and transformation projects.

Resolve day-to-day issues raised by key users, communicate effectively, and identify opportunities for ongoing enhancement to meet changing business needs. 

Take up the role of project manager to drive enterprise-wide process harmonization, ensuring that digital solutions foster organizational efficiency. You will lead the creation of comprehensive documentation, training programs for managers and key users, and champion continuous improvement initiatives by staying ahead of industry trends.

Your Qualifications

Ideally, you have:

A Master’s degree in IT, engineering, or economics or equivalent by experience.

10+ years of experience in ERP Systems, with a proven track record of leading complex digital transformation projects and SAP migrations to S/4HANA.

Proven leadership experience - you have led cross-functional teams and influenced executive-level decision-making.

Knowledge of SAP is essential, Power BI and Salesforce is a plus.

Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to strategize and implement large-scale business improvements.

Results and growth driven, with the ability to independently manage high-impact projects and the drive to continuously learn and develop.

Fluent in English (other languages are a plus), with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical acumen with the ability to see the big picture while managing details.
