Vehicle Prepper

As an Automotive Painter / Prepper, you will be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicle surfaces to the highest standards. Working as part of a professional and supportive team, you'll ensure every vehicle leaves the workshop with a flawless finish that meets client and manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare vehicles for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.

Mix and apply paints accurately to achieve colour matches and high-quality finishes.

Operate spray guns and other refinishing equipment safely and effectively.

Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets company and customer standards.

Collaborate with technicians and other workshop staff to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Painter or Prepper within a professional bodyshop.

Strong knowledge of paint systems, refinishing techniques, and workshop safety procedures.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality workmanship.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment.

Must provide own PPE.

Eligibility to work in Belgium.
