The Role
The VP Customer Growth is responsible for maximising Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by ensuring customers achieve measurable value, renew at strong rates, and expand their adoption and footprint. This leader aligns Customer Success and Customer Sales into one cohesive, revenue-driven motion focused on growth within the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth
Own and deliver the Net Revenue Retention target across all customer segments.
Drive systematic cross-sell and expansion motions across accounts and global regions.
Drive a proactive retention motion through structured health scoring, risk prediction, and churn prevention playbooks.
Establish clear lifecycle stages, success plans, and ongoing executive alignment with key customer stakeholders.
Foster a culture of customer advocacy and enable happy customers to support references, events, and community engagement.
Lead strategic escalation management and executive customer relationships for top accounts.
Leadership
Lead and coach both the Customer Success and Customer Sales (Account Management) leadership teams.
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales for alignment and forecasting.
Build data-driven forecasting models for retention and expansion.
Champion customer advocacy within the organisation, ensuring customer priorities and needs are reflected in strategic decision-making processes.
Who you are:
6+ years leadership in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Post-Sales Revenue.
Proven track record driving NRR.
Exceptional executive communication and customer negotiation skills.
Comfortable scaling teams, process, and systems in a high-growth environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Familiarity with SaaS or technology industry preferred.
