Job Description

Greets guests and presents them with the menu.

Ensure that our customers receive the best possible service during their stay

Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell.

Take food and beverage orders

Promptly respond to the guest with any additional request.

Prepare and set up catering areas in the hotel

Prepare and set up seminar rooms

Ensure cleanliness 

Apply hygiene instructions when handling food and setting tables

Qualifications

You have a sense of service

You are ability to work as part of a team

You have an eye for detail

Are polyvalent

You have a warm and caring personality

You have the ability to analyze customer needs and maintain a professional posture in all circumstances

You have a good interpersonal communication and conflict management skills
