Warehouse Manager

In this role you will

• Be responsible for the effectiveness of the Quality processes (lean and efficient)
• Management of warehouse-labeling-packaging operations/scheduling LMS foall GSK Bio clinical material (clinical vaccines, commercial vaccines competitors clinical material and documents), so as to cope with the demand
• Manage a team of supervisors and their related staff
• Ensures that the facility, equipment and staff are appropriately
• designed and trained to ensure production activities.
• Warehouse management : inventory and ordering, reception management, internal distribution, shipping activities
• Labeling/packaging management :randomization process, blinding process, clinical coordination, labels preparation & approbation, packaging, labelling
• Label Master Sheet activities : LMS master data management, LMS vaccines process, LMS biospecimen process, Vaccines ordering & OF creation
• Responsible for the application of the GSKBio strategy and its development in his production unit.
• Makes sure that the facility is properly managed in accordance with highest quality standards, including Security and (Bio)
• Safety aspects. Ensures compliance of the operations with GMP and Authorities requirements. Monitors quality of the production in close collaboration with QC and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Responsible to implement the Total Quality Management Process (TQM) in the facility.
• Applies the recommended processes and continuously anticipates potential improvements of the current processes while assuring compliance with the Change Management procedures.
• Responsible for representation of the Facility Activities during External Audits (FDA, WHO, Nat Health Authorities).Responsible to represent GSK towards visitors and local authorities.
• Be a representant of the building in ICG teams.
• Provide technical support to direct reports .

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree
• At least 5 years experience in vaccine production or specific production unit
• Advanced knowledge in supply chain management, processes, biopharmaceuticals technologies.
• Full knowledge of GMP for biological products.
• Knowledge of culture and purification processes is an asset
• Demonstrates full competence as a people manager
• Demonstrates technical expertise in own area
• Is up-to-date on the market best practice and their applications in area of expertise
• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand end to end process
• Sense of urgency, flexibility and accountability Enterprise thinking (end-to-end supply orientation, cross functional team spirit, sharing of good practices within the network)
• Strong quality and results oriented mindset
