Duties and responsibilities

As team leader you will follow and steer our processes remotely, in addition you will supervise a group of operators in the execution of our operating assignments. Together with the team, you are responsible for the operation and maintenance of our wastewater treatment plants and water-on-demand facilities within a given region.

In addition, you will be closely involved in the construction and realization of new projects. We are only too happy to incorporate your practical experiences into new designs in order to continually refine our installations. As a team leader, you will have the opportunity to assist or even take the lead in the automation of our new sites, that way you will gain a full understanding of the processes.

Your profile

• You are an experienced People manager who can both inspire and delegate.
• You enjoyed at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g.: process chemistry, environmental technology).
• You have a basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics and automation.
• You can easily exchange information, relevant knowledge and practical experiences with colleagues.
• You work solution-oriented and develop improvement proposals.
• You will participate in consultation meetings and may make presentations.
• You are customer friendly and inform them about the operation of the installation.
• A sporadic foreign assignment does not deter you.
• You are willing to perform guard duty several times a year.
