As a WMS & Logistics Consultant, you will support Belgian and international clients in optimizing their warehouse and distribution operations by leveraging modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and smart logistics solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and redesign warehouse and logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and fulfillment operations
  




• Translate business requirements into functional and technical WMS solutions
  




• Support the selection, design, configuration, and implementation of WMS platforms
  




• Lead or contribute to key project phases: business analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
  




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ERP, TMS, automation, robotics, data analytics) to deliver end-to-end supply chain transformation
  




• Manage workstreams and coordinate with client stakeholders and Deloitte colleagues to ensure high-quality project delivery
  




• Contribute to proposal development and business growth initiatives within the Supply Chain practice
  




• Stay up to date with emerging logistics technologies, automation trends, and digital warehouse innovations
  

Your profile

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes
  




• Experience with WMS implementation or optimization projects
  




• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational challenges into digital solutions
  




• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with operational teams as well as senior stakeholders
  




• A collaborative spirit and a passion for supply chain transformation
