Our client is looking for a District Manager Retail to join their vibrant commercial team. If you are a natural-born people manager with business accumen and strong analytics, you might be the person we’re looking for !  

Here are a couple and non-exhausive tasks you’ll be in charge of:

You will be responsible for the growth and commercial consolidation of the 20+ shops in your assigned area to successfully achieve the expected business targets. 

You will carry out strategic analysis and forecasts and set area budget and sales targets; You are in charge of defining the area, shop and individual action plans.

You will ensure the perfect execution of company projects and strategy by leveraging on people excellence and leading an engaged and qualified team. 

Based on territory analysis, you will be responsible to ensure optimal area coverage in terms of resources and staffing to reach the highest performance levels.

Minimum Required:  

• 🎓 Hold a Bachelor / Master’s Degree 

• 📊 Previous experience in a commercial role (3 years) or background in Field Operations Management in a Retail or FMCG environment

• 🗣️ Fluent Dutch and English is mandatory. French is a plus 

• 🧠 Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a changing environment
