PM Branch Excellence Head of Distribution

For a client we are seeking an experienced PM Branch Excellence Head of Distribution (Retail)

Responsibilities:

• Establish an Operational Management Center to centrally manage a decentralized branch network and operations.
• Assist in the design and implementation of a standardized quality management model and framework.
• Engage in additional responsibilities, which will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in transformation/change management within the financial industry.
• Proven track record in operational transformation, distribution model/network, and quality management.
• Any Agile certification is a plus.

Skills:

• Ability to work under time pressure and handle challenges effectively.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and communication, capable of reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to provide the best advice and facilitate decision-making at the C-level by translating complex challenges into executive summaries.
• Access to broader market research within and outside of Retail banking will be considered a significant competitive advantage.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch (both oral and written).
