Job Description

• Oversee development projects in Wallonia from inception to completion.
• Lead and manage a team of up to 3 Project Managers.
• Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational directors.
• Ensure project milestones and budget targets are met.
• Present acquisition projects clearly and concisely.
• Full responsibility for projects from A to Z.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate development.
• Proficiency in French and B2 level of Dutch.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage stress effectively.
• Solid understanding of financials and rigorous in planning.
