Our client, active in the petrochemical sector, is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Support Officer to join the team in Brussels. You will be part of the Business development & innovation department in the B2G area.
Description
- Design the most suitable location for B2G charging infrastructure in line with best practice, tender requirements, feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Take steps to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and support throughout the project.
- Monitor projects from an administrative point of view to ensure that service level agreements are met, with the customer and the network operator prior to installation of the charging infrastructure.
- Check network operator offers for each request.
- Update and maintain various databases (Odoo, EV Platform).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (customers and network operator).
- Support the eMobility Delivery Officer B2G in the various phases of the project.
- Be proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements in all aspects of the job.
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
- Knowledge of ERP or ticket entry tools.
- Attention to detail and spirit of active process improvement
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining control and priorities.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Offer
