OBJECTIVES :
Define proper offers for large accounts, especially Financial Institutions, multinationals, collections partners.
Evangelize and support countries in deploying these offers: Prospection, deal closing, implementation, ...
Build strategy to develop the large account segment
Ensure proper implementation of back-office and monitoring of capacity and profitability.
Continuously review the offers to keep them competitive, technically suitable, and profitable
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure the offer is properly deployed
Ensure commercial governance regarding large accounts: top target lists, account management, profitability monitoring,
Manage relationwith other relevantdepartments (i.e. Legal, Group Debt Collection, Marketing etc.)
Perform selected commercial initiatives (i.e. ECAs/FIs or international accounts campaigns)
Lead large deal negotiations
Promote and follow-up evolutions on commercial features offered by the system (i.e. extranet, APIs etc.)
SPECIALIST SKILLS& KNOWLEDGE
Proven experience of working in a financial services sales role with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience of large deals structuration
Proven abilityto work in a face paced global business
Autonomous: able to self-motivate and focus on goals and activities while working on one’s own
Salesnegotiation and communication skills
Able to build rapport and long term relationships with internalstakeholders and clients to build productive networks
Prioritisation: determines the importance of each task and allocates time accordingly
In depthfamiliarity and knowledge of various contract structures in order to provide a consultative solution
Knowledge of currenteconomic climate and how it affects the market

DebtCo system COP (a real plus)

QUALIFICATIONS
Desirable: degreeeducated in Business and/or Finance related discipline
Fluent in Dutch and French
